1. More than calculator arithmetic
A local calculator is only one part of a website. The host, WordPress, administrative sessions and any separately enabled integrations can use cookies or similar browser technologies. This notice does not assume that every possible plugin or provider is active.
Cookies are browser records associated with a site; localStorage and similar facilities can also save preferences. The actual cookie names and durations depend on the live installation and provider configuration.
2. The appearance preference
The bundled appearance control saves a site-specific Auto / Light / Dark choice in localStorage. Tool inputs and calculated results are not automatically saved there by the supplied scripts. You can clear the appearance preference using your browser’s site-storage settings.
A stored preference is different from visitor profiling or advertising storage. Blocking storage may stop the preference persisting without preventing the page from using its current appearance.
3. Optional services and consent
The installer does not automatically add advertising or visitor-tracking code. If the operator adds a service through WordPress or header/footer script fields, its cookies, purposes, providers and applicable consent controls must be documented and configured.
There is no fake consent button on this package. A notice is not a consent mechanism. Any live preference center should let you review or change the choices supported by the actual integration.
4. Browser controls
Your browser may let you inspect, block or delete site cookies and storage. Removing administrative cookies can sign you out of WordPress; blocking scripts prevents interactive calculations and may affect Contact Form 7.
For an unexplained cookie or storage entry, send its name and the page address to the site contact without including its private value or a session token.
